At Gadgets Markaz, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Window

You may return most items within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items damaged after delivery due to customer misuse
• Items with broken seals (hygiene products)
• Customised or personalised items

How to Return

1. Contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order
2. Share your order number and photos of the item
3. We will arrange pickup or guide you on how to send it back

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are made via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash.

Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a defective or wrong item, contact us immediately. We will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
