7-Day Return Policy
You can return any product within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product is defective or not working
- The product received is different from what you ordered
- The product was damaged during delivery
How to Return

- Share your order number and a photo or video of the issue
- We will arrange a free pickup from your address
- Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your replacement or refund within 2–3 business days
Replacement vs Refund
- Replacement: We will send you a brand new replacement product at no extra cost
- Refund: If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash
Conditions
- Product must be unused and in original packaging for non-defective returns
- Returns are not accepted for products damaged due to misuse
- All accessories and original packaging must be included
